Who is collecting your information
R3 Psychology is operated by Khooshraj Mohun, registered psychologist (AHPRA PSY0002273569), based in Macleod, Victoria. Privacy questions, access requests or correction requests can be made through the brief contact form on the home page. Do not include clinical details in that request.
Public enquiries and intake-link requests
The public forms collect only the contact details and short message you choose to provide. They are used to respond to your enquiry or send the appropriate next step. Form submissions are delivered using Formspree, a third-party service provider.
Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medication, Medicare details, trauma history, assessment results, emergency-contact details or other sensitive clinical information through a public form. The forms are not continuously monitored and are not suitable for urgent help.
Accounts and optional online tools
If you create or use an account, Supabase provides authentication and database services. Depending on the tool you use, the account may contain your email address, CPD entries, dashboard settings, psychometric scores and questionnaire answers. Psychometric answers may be health information and should be treated as sensitive.
Assessment tools provide screening or educational information only. They do not provide a diagnosis, emergency monitoring or automatic clinical follow-up.
Website and device information
Hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. Google Fonts is loaded from Google. Supabase authentication stores session information in your browser. Some educational tools store drafts or a recent result locally on your device.
Use, disclosure and overseas processing
Information is used to provide the requested service, operate the website, protect accounts and meet applicable legal or professional obligations. Website providers such as Formspree, Supabase, hosting providers and their subprocessors may process information outside Australia. Do not use the public forms if you do not want basic contact information handled by those providers.
Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where required or authorised by law, to address a serious threat, or to service providers who support the purposes described above.
Retention, security and your choices
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Website information should be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for its purpose and any applicable legal or professional requirement.
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request correction, or ask whether website account data can be deleted. Some information may need to be retained where a legal or professional obligation applies. You may also choose not to create an account and may use a pseudonym for a preliminary enquiry where practicable.
Privacy concerns and complaints
Raise a privacy concern through the brief contact form on the home page and do not include clinical details. The concern will be reviewed and a response provided within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
